“ WOW! Who knew we had delicious Chinese food like this in Provo? This place looks beautiful with the remodel, and the service was top-notch. From the moment the pickled daikon was set on the table, we knew we were in for a treat. Our food was extraordinary. Generous portions of flavorful, authentic dishes. We can't wait for the grand opening of hot pot on June 28th! Will definitely be back! ”
“ I went on a date and loved it! I didn't think Provo had an authentic Chinese restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't try the hotpot, but what I did get tasted lovely. The atmosphere is great and there was no one there when I went. People need to know of this place! ”
“ We ordered duck and broccoli shrimp. Both were wonderful! I will come back again and try out the hotpot menu. ”
“ Our server Jenny was super nice and helpful since we had never had hotpot before. She made us laugh a lot and we had a great time. The chef (?) guy with a ponytail and beanie was also super nice. The food was super good and Jenny gave a lot of good suggestions :) 10/10 highly recommend ”
“ We are from out of state and stopped by here on our way to the national parks. The food was AMAZING. I haven’t had authentic Chinese food like this in years (and my family is Chinese). Highly recommend! It was so delicious that we came back before flying home. The first time we got the squid, bok choy, beef and radish and fish flavored egg plant. The second time we got the crispy fried pork, dried green beans and braised shrimp and everything was superb. Staff were all very friendly and great service too. If we come back to Utah we’d definitely go back! ”
“ Panda Express Lovers BEWARE... Your lack of taste buds are not prepared for what is actual Chinese food. It is so hard to decide what pick from the menu but after our first visit, I'm sure you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. You can't go wrong with the house lo mein we got but our favorite by far was the beef pho. Literally the best Chinese we have ever had. Even from Lehi, we are definitely coming back! ”
“ We ABSOLUTELY loved this place. If you want an atmosphere that feels like home, Brothers Hotpot is it. We had the all you can eat hot pot and it was delicious and very affordable. 25/person for dinner. Jenny (the owner) takes such good care of you. Listen to her sauce recommendations and definitely order the lamb!! We ended up eating 3 servings of it between the two of us. The hot buns for dessert are a can’t miss as well (included at no extra cost). I was also shocked with how good the broccoli was. Our favorite broth was the mama’s pork broth (no extra cost). We’ll definitely be back!! We’ve been to lots of hotpot places and while this one is on the smaller side, the flavors were SO GOOD, definitely the tastiest we’ve ever had. Thank you for the incredible service and the tasty food :) could not recommend enough for a date night/friends hang out/family dinner/lunch/etc. Very low key, cute, quiet, and friendly atmosphere. We were there for around an hour and we can’t wait to go back! ”
“ Really fun authentic Chinese and hot pot. I love Chinese but am so used to the food being lukewarm and soggy. Such was not the case here. The food was piping hot. Even the noodles needed a second to cool. The fried foods were so crispy, even the sweet and sour pork in the sauce. We ordered the shrimp lo mein, sweet and sour pork, and pot stickers. The service was great. Our serve was kind, helpful, and the food came out super fast. If you get the hot pot, the table has burners for each place rather than one to share at the table which is great. ”
